Tri Tip

Our Dexter tri tip roast, which gets its name from the triangular shape of the cut, is amazingly rich and bold in flavoring. It exhibits excellent marbling, yet remains relatively lean. Much like brisket, tri tip roasts are prized by grillmasters and BBQers alike, and are a go-to meat for smokers and charcoal grills. When cooked properly with a rub, our Dexter tri tip locks in juicy flavoring with a beautiful outer crust.
